When we meet

To start with the club, come along preferably on our main club nights on Mondays or Tuesdays in your running kit to chat to people about the best group to join. Just say you are new and you will be pointed in the right direction. You can come along for up to 3 sessions with no commitment to join. Then if you enjoy it, you can become a member.

The Mug Run
Scenic 4.8 mile loop consisting of a mix of pretty lanes and canal towpaths.

A 10 min/mile group for around 6 miles with plenty of mustering.

parkrun
Take part in a free, weekly timed 5K run. Choice of two in Worcester.

SUN

Perdiswell
Long runs ideal for half and full marathon training.
